This Refund Policy governs refunds for all paid services provided by GURAX LLC (“Gurax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
At GURAX, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers to ensure our AI Customer Service Wizard meets your business needs. If you are not satisfied with the software, you may request a full refund within this window, provided you have not exceeded the Usage Limit defined below.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Renewal Payments: Automatic monthly or annual renewals are non-refundable. Users can cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
Add-on Credits: One-time purchases of additional AI credits or "power-ups" are final and non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, and you will retain access to the Wizard until the end of your current billing cycle. A cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund of past payments.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
