Getting Started
GURAX is an AI-powered platform that lets you create voice and text chat agents for your business — without writing a single line of code. Your AI agent can answer customer questions, book appointments, and handle inquiries 24/7 on your website, Slack, Telegram, or via phone.
Simply sign up for a free account at gurax.ai/register — no credit card required. Once signed in, pick an agent template from the library, customize its personality and instructions, then copy the widget code and paste it into your website. The entire setup takes less than 5 minutes.
Not at all. GURAX is designed for non-technical users. You configure your agent through a visual dashboard, and adding the widget to your website is as simple as pasting a single line of code — similar to adding a Google Analytics snippet.
Most users have their AI agent live on their website within 5 minutes. Sign up, pick a template, add your business details, copy the widget code, and paste it into your site. That's it.
Yes! The Free plan gives you 300 messages per month with text chat — no credit card required. This lets you fully test and evaluate the platform before upgrading to a paid plan.
Pricing & Plans
We offer four plans: Free ($0/mo — 300 text messages, text only), Standard ($9.99/mo — 3,000 text messages, text only, CRM integrations with Webhook), Premium ($19.99/mo — 5,000 text messages, 30 voice minutes, voice + text, multi-language support), and Business ($39.99/mo — 7,500 text messages, 60 voice minutes, advanced scheduling). All paid plans include native integrations with Google Calendar, Slack, and Telegram.
On Standard and above plans, overage messages are billed at $1 per 2,000 additional messages. For voice, additional minutes are billed at $0.09 per minute on Premium and Business plans. On the Free plan, your agent will stop responding until the next billing cycle.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Your agent will continue to work until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner, Paddle. Paddle also supports PayPal in select regions.
AI Agents
Text agents interact with your customers via a chat widget on your website — similar to a live chat box. Voice agents go further and allow your customers to have a real spoken conversation with the AI, hearing it respond with a natural-sounding voice. Voice is available on Premium and Business Premium plans.
GURAX supports 30+ languages with automatic language detection. Your agent can detect what language a customer is typing or speaking in and respond in that same language — no configuration needed.
Absolutely. You can write a custom system prompt (instructions for your agent), define "dos and don'ts" to guide its behavior, select its voice, choose an avatar, and even set the language it defaults to. The agent adapts to your brand personality.
The Knowledge Base (available on Standard and above) lets you upload documents — such as PDFs, product manuals, or FAQ sheets — so your agent can answer questions based on your actual business content. It uses advanced AI retrieval (RAG) to find the most relevant information from your documents when answering.
Yes! When you connect Google Calendar (available on Standard and above), your agent can check availability and book appointments directly during the conversation. On Business Premium, you get advanced features like business hours enforcement, holiday scheduling, and overbooking prevention.
GURAX uses state-of-the-art language models (including Groq and OpenAI) for fast, accurate responses. When combined with the Knowledge Base, the agent pulls answers directly from your documents, greatly reducing hallucination. You can also set "dos and don'ts" to fine-tune behavior.
Widget & Installation
After creating your agent, go to Settings and click "Website Setup." You'll get a short JavaScript snippet to paste into your website's HTML — just before the closing </body> tag. It works on any website including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and custom-built sites.
Yes. The widget is fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. It features touch-friendly interactions and adapts its layout to any screen size.
Yes. You can configure the widget's position (bottom-right, bottom-left, etc.), choose between light and dark themes, select a phone UI style (default, modern, or minimal), set a call time limit, and customize the agent's avatar. All from the Settings page in your dashboard.
No. The widget loads asynchronously and is optimized for performance. It's a lightweight bundle (~230KB gzipped) that loads in the background without blocking your page content.
Integrations
GURAX natively integrates with Google Calendar (appointment booking), Slack (deploy your agent in Slack channels), and Telegram (deploy as a Telegram bot). We also support CRM integrations with Salesforce, Zoho, and Zapier on paid plans.
You connect your Google Calendar from the agent Settings page. Once connected, your agent can automatically check available time slots and book appointments directly into your calendar during customer conversations. Business Premium adds business hours, holiday, and overbooking controls.
Yes! You can connect your agent as a Slack bot or a Telegram bot from your agent settings. Once connected, your agent will respond to messages in those platforms just as it does on your website — with the same personality, knowledge base, and booking capabilities.
Phone number provisioning is available on Premium and Business Premium plans. You can assign a dedicated phone number to your agent so customers can call and speak directly to your AI. The agent handles the conversation with the same voice and personality configured in your dashboard.
Security & Privacy
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use AWS infrastructure with industry-standard security practices. Your business data and conversation logs are isolated to your account and never shared with other customers.
Yes, conversation histories are stored so you can review them in the Logs section of your dashboard. This helps you monitor agent performance and review customer interactions. Data retention depends on your plan (3 conversations on Free, 3 months on Standard, 5 months on Premium/Business).
We are committed to privacy compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), including obtaining necessary consents from your end users. See our Privacy Policy at gurax.ai/privacy-policy for full details.
Only you (and any team members you authorize) can access your agent's configuration, conversation logs, and knowledge base documents. GURAX staff may access data only for debugging and support purposes as outlined in our Terms of Service.
