The Service provides artificial intelligence powered customer interaction tools, including automated agents that communicate with end users via chat, voice, or other interfaces.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
You retain ownership of data you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant Gurax a worldwide license to process Customer Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have rights to submit such data.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards but do not guarantee absolute security.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or uptime unless expressly agreed in a separate written SLA.
Beta or free features are provided without warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Liability for such use is limited to $0 unless required by law.
If you purchase a subscription:
Usage-based charges may apply where specified.
All rights in the Service remain with Gurax. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use it without restriction.
The Service may integrate with third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You agree to comply with export control and sanctions laws and not use the Service in prohibited jurisdictions or for prohibited purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR THREE (3) MONTHS OR $50 FOR FREE USERS.
You agree to indemnify Gurax against claims arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Content, violations of law, and claims by your users or customers.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
We are not liable for failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including outages, disasters, or infrastructure failures.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws) when using the Service.
We may impose rate limits, usage thresholds, or technical controls to protect the Service.
If you have a separate written agreement with Gurax, that agreement will control in case of conflict.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gurax regarding the Service.
